Privacy Policy

What data we collect

• Email address — for account creation and authentication
• Username and display name — for your profile
• Profile information you choose to provide — bio, avatar photo, gear list, division and classification
• Match performance data that you import — scores, hit factors, placements, stage plans, and notes

How we store it

• All data is stored in Supabase, which runs on AWS infrastructure and is SOC 2 Type II compliant.
• Passwords are hashed by Supabase Auth — we never see or store plain text passwords.
• Profile photos and stage plan images are stored in Supabase Storage (AWS S3).

Third-party services

• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage (supabase.com)
• Vercel — website hosting (vercel.com)
• Resend — transactional email delivery for auth emails only (resend.com)
• YouTube — embedded tutorial video (youtube.com)

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
• We do not share your data with advertisers.
• We do not run ads on the platform.
• We do not use your data for purposes other than providing the Zeroed In service.
• We do not track you across other websites.

Your controls

• You can view and edit all your personal information in Account Settings.
• You can delete your account at any time, which permanently removes all your data.
• Your profile is private by default — you choose whether to make it public.
• Match data you import is only visible to you unless you opt into a public profile.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies.

Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data — profile, matches, stage plans, and images — is permanently deleted.
