Terms of Service

The service

Zeroed In is a match analytics platform for competitive shooters. We provide tools to import, analyze, and review match performance data from USPSA, IPSC, and other action shooting sports.

User accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• One account per person.

Your content

• You retain ownership of all data you upload — match data, stage plans, notes, and photos.
• You grant Zeroed In a license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
• If your profile is public, your profile information and match summaries are visible to other users.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you provide.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Attempt to access other users' private data.
• Abuse the service through automated scraping, denial of service, or similar activities.

Limitation of liability

• Zeroed In is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for data loss, though we make reasonable efforts to protect your data.
• Match analytics are for informational purposes — we do not guarantee accuracy of computed statistics.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• You can delete your account at any time from your Account Settings page. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
